Mac 55 4 hours ago! not heard one thing back from them yet!

    sent mac 55 4 hours ago regarding trailer lights out after i did my post trip ins.checked lights...wiring looks real bad and fuses keep blowing as soon as replaced and flip the switch.beyond my expertise or simple remove and replace....but really 4 hours!...COME ON SWIFT!!!!!!!!!! did my mac 55 x2 and message to my dl/etc team.....nothing! It is bordering on ubelievably rude and a little passive aggressive to not even acknowledge a simple message...getting pissed now and its late...:biggrin_25510::biggrin_25510::biggrin_25510::biggrin_25510:

    I usually call instead of doing a Mac55.

    Yes its always better to call, but keep in mind you shouldn't do both, call and do a mac55. One person works your case while on the phone, and another is doing the QC macros. I learned that when 2 different repair trucks showed up one morning when I was broke down. The second guy was really pissed off, but onroad explained how the program worked to me back then.

    ....ok....dont have cell service and also...swift is always saying DONT CALL...told them i dont have cell service here....and they need to do per there own procedures anyways....which is via qcomm!..I used onroad before several times...not new here...but 4 hours to get back to me...and btw.....someone called from phoenix but all i got was a number didnt ring or anything...no vm left....basically....act as tho they could give a crap..minimal effort to get back to me.....

    I used to do both Call and send Macro. They always got mad at me.
    Those people are morons anyway lol.

    Still here...still waiting...somebody finally took interest i guess said they will investigate why nobody responed for over 6 hours...sent someone out who said he couldnt find me....lot is only 25 trucks..maybe 3 swifts here...and he came at 315 am....i couldnt wait up whole time and sent them a message that i was going to sleep and he could tap on my door coz i sleep light...ect is worthless...keeps telling me to call onroad...duh!...only say in every message no cell service....says 1 hour someone will be back here ....geez...this sucks...
