Hello I own a 2005 Mack Granite tri-ax dump with a AI-375hp engine. And im just wondering how hard it would be to extract a little bit more power out of this engine. Im not looking for too much I would be happy with 405-427hp. I have been searching around but can't find any information to help me out. Any suggestions?

Since that motor is available with higher power ratings from Mack, you should be able to go to a Mack dealership and have the power adjusted upwards for a reasonable fee, assuming that the rest of the driveline is compatable with the higher hp ratings. Usually, for an upgraded power setting, you pay the dealer for their time hooking up to the computer, you pay for the password to the engine computer if that applies, and depending on the exact model and power ratings, you may have to purchase one or two parts like pressure valves or sensors for the intake that allow higher boost pressure.
