    HI I want to know if anybody heard abouth troubles with pistons rods on MP10 2009 Titan ? I have one here and I have steel particules in the oil pan what's going on with this engine ??

    Metal in the pan is never a good thing.Firstly if the truck is warranted I'd call the dealer.Never heard anything about pistons,but I know early V8s had crank problems.Need more info.Any noises? What does the truck haul? Mileage.I tried research,nothing.

    Why do you think it's rods ?

    Most likely it's the cam lobes wearing off problem
