    I will second this, having been former CTI myself also, they were my first job when I came to Arizona, deffinetly not the best, but deffinetly not the worse either, they pay by the load but their load pay easily beats .36 loaded .15 empty and their benefits package wasn't that bad either, their checks never bounced and they were always good about fixing a pay mistake, you just have to let them know.
