My own, or NWS, Bricky?

I know I aint your guys weather prognosticator but the last forcast I saw was saying no direct hit on the eastern seaboard...but hurricanes are sneaky devils that bugger earl could hang a serious left turn and take out Florida still
-
In my opinion, and please remember that this is just my opinion..
Hurricane Earl is going to come ashore at the NC/SC line, sometime tomorrow evening.. as a Cat 3..
Considering the fact that there is a high pressure ridge over Virginia, and a 'Cane is a low pressure system, it isn't going to make it too far into Virginia, and is going to struggle going up the coast..
Which means MAJOR flooding on the east coast.. I think we are going to see flooding all the way from the SC/NC line up along the Maine coast and on into Canada...
And I think that with Fiona stirring up the coastal waters, it is going to take quite awhile for the floodwaters to make their way out to sea...
I don't think Fiona is going to follow directly in Earl's path, but will come ashore at approximately the VA/NC line, and further complicate the issues that will hae been caused by Earl..
I am not sure what Gaston is going to do yet...rocknroll nik and thelastamericanhippy Thank this. -
Let us know Gastons path,
as soon as the vision comes to you.
That is the one that scares me..............GuysLady Thanks this. -
That's a fair assumption there Bonnie.....and it would jive with some of what they are saying at the NWS
