I have an appointment at noon. I pull into the TA where they want me to fill up. I'm about 4 hours away. It's about 9:20 and I decide Ima take my 10 hour break here so I can start driving again around 7:30. Unfortunately that did not happen. After I get fuel i look for parking. It's NO WHERE to park. After driving around the truck stop 3 times finally finding a "spot" I noticed my Qualcomm put me back on Driving, resetting my 10 hour break in the process. Now I probably start driving at 8:30. Might be 30-40 mins late. It sucks especially since I wanted my first week to be all on time loads.
Made a mistake tonight that will have me late tomorrow

It's only a issue if you or someone makes it an issue!

Ya see what can happen when a electronic device dictates your move?

Question why did it take you an hour to fuel or did you circle for an hour looking for a spot

The feds did that a few months ago
Some qcoms are more sensitive than others but you mostly can no longer cheat
If you pull into a 30brk, don't start it until you set your breaks and don't roll until 30 is fully finished or it might backtrack on you and you'll have wasted 28 min for nothing
This isn't the co or qcoms fault
The gov got tired of drivers cheating.
The main thing is call your dm right away and tell him the truth and that you may be late.
They can work with that
Just showing up late without a call is a no no.
You'll be okXzay Thanks this. -
Assuming you still had enough time left on your 11 to get there, hitting the sleeper for 8 hours will get you there.
