How many sq ft U got and is it Hardwood or Laminate?

 

Haven't made a final decision yet. Definatly going with a hardwood but may go with a 'engineered hardwood' ... Wife is picking a color and style... About 1000 sq feet with a hallway, bathroom, dining room and living room...
I was a carpenter in my 'former' life so it's acually a pretty easy install. Already have all the tools.... not going with one of the laminates.... Just can't get over how they feel when you walk on them...

 

I hate when my heels sink into the "wood" floor
