Put in 625 miles today. Stopped in mauston for the night, drove from the A&A truck stop in OH. Drove in head & cross winds all day. So much for good mpgs.

Those incidents do say non preventable that are not drivers fault.
Also with today’s litigious society this also way of protecting themselves from lawsuits for not reporting it. If lawsuit is filed a good lawyer would go to the previous company and look at their driver file.
Also when hiring new drivers my dedicated I looked for no rear ends or rollovers.
Or whether not they would rehire that was the most important thing I looked at.Oor Thanks this. -
Spoken like a true mega carrier shrill. My point is that mishaps should be recorded in real time - not at the departure of an employee. NCMikey is an exceptional driver and Magnum knows it. To report on him years down the road is BS. I stand by my original statement.
