Hey y'all!!!!! I am still here...been running like a truck stop pimp in West Memphis. Let's see got a new truck, saw @Zata40 in passing at the yard. New truck had 72 miles when I got it, now it's at 9,000. They talking about training in this truck. I was hyped to do it, but after settling in....no storage space whatsoever for two people and honestly is a matter of safety. Currently on a run to Macon and then snatching another run to get to the house and start re registering for school. Only a few semesters left and would be right to finish up.

To be honest, I kind of miss the OTR life. Maybe getting back into line haul will fix that. -
Ya the GPS cable on my pplnet is bad and they can’t even track me...have to input everything manually and they still keep showing me in Tulsa from last week. So what I had to do was download the Drivewyze app and just use the trial version for a bit. But kind of enjoying this no tracking deal lol lady with pplnet support was even like “enjoy it while you can!” Hahaha that’s exactly what I’m doing.
Btw guy can any of you tell me is there a certain speed we can’t go over? Like for instance the other day in WV rolling down a hill and didn’t notice I was at 68 till I glanced down....are they going to bust my chops for that? Speed limit there was 70 but just don’t want the hassle and just want to drive the rig -
Maybe I was influenced by the "cool kids" but I was told the record was 87 mph. That being said, since I no longer work there, I never once received a call for rolling a hill too fast. By too fast I mean truck may be governed, but if speed limit says 80, I'll roll faster than 65, and I'll leave it at that.
Far as GPS not working, I dont see that as a benefit. I'd request a loaner truck or a new truck period but that's just me. -
Already in the pipe line....might push this one through till winter is over since I absolutely hate automatic trucks but hear the new Pete’s we’re getting aren’t 10spd so hope that’s true
