Nobody needs drivers looking for excuses to not operate as a team.
It is all required for revenue. Everyone must work together. As if those people are riding in the truck with the driver.
Scooter doesn't need to have worked in operations. He has worked with them.
Some people need to be reminded of the definition of a company: Two or more people working together toward one common goal.

Not at all. Coming aboard. And have been heavily recruited by them for a year now. And why does it matter if I work there yet? This is a open forum. Open to the public?
