Magnum ltd - fargo, nd

I looked at Google maps these 2 ppg plants are about 2 miles apart. Looks like a dead end road real close to Batavia. If I can't park there I will slip over aurora and sleep there

 

Nov was horrible, but doing about 2500 per week now.

 

The trucks are leased with service plans so they have them serviced at Paccar dealers. Just talked to a friend who works at another company and his shop has had him shut down for 3 days so I'm really not going to complain to much about what I deal with.

Our shop does all the maintenance, it's warranty work they send to the dealer.

My miles have been good. Last paycheck was the biggest check I've had at Magnum that didn't have the sign on bonus on it...
I've had some crappy weeks... Even a crappy pay check or 2 (usually due to extended hometime).... But mostly good consistent miles.... I take off 4-7 days every 3-5 weeks. So it kills the miles sometimes... But I'm cool with that. I live within my means. Hometime is important to me. Honestly, if they ever change hometime policy to where I only get a day per week hometime.... I'll be leaving for a different job....


Just pulled into my first drop in Buda, Tx ...then I head to San Antonio for 2 more Thursday early... Then reload in San Antonio headed to NJ... Looks like I should get a night at home on the way....
595 miles yesterday, 620 today...

Caught my first cold since I've been driving... Almost 2 years.... Yuck....

 

I put in the door on Friday so i would think it's been loaded for a day or more

 

At the stamart in Bismarck. Drop at 0800 tomorrow, 1 mile away. Picking up at Cavendish in Jamestown at 1500 tomorrow dropping in Batavia IL on the 11th at 1100. 623 today. My butt cheeks are sore.

 

So wish I would have had some backing practice at truck stops. I got her in though.

 

When ya have a few hrs off.... Practice!!
