As much as we run through Indy. That would be a sweet spot. Stay out 3 weeks take 5 to 6 days off if the bank account can handle it. You would have plenty of opportunities to do a drive thru

Hey cforester where do you live? I am in training with Magnum now and asked if on occasion I needed to drop my trailer and bobtail to my home would it be OK and they said yes so long as I secured the trailer.

They are flexible and keep to their word on getting you home, talk with Paul in recruiting about it to make sure everything works for your situation and good luck!

I'm in Noblesville, just NE of Indpls. It would make a huge difference to me if I could come by the house for a drop in now and then. Even if only for a quick hour or so.

Cool, we are not to far from that right now heading to Louisville. From what I have heard from others and am seeing this weekend with my Trainer Magnum will get you home. Most drivers I have talked to stay out at least 21 days if not a full 4 weeks and then take of 5-7 days. Many get to stop by their homes 1 or 2 times during their time out, I know if things had worked slightly different I would have stopped in Evansville last night so it's possible depending on how you work with dispatch. Hopefully I'll be back down this way again before my 4 weeks of training is over.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

Hello all! New to the site and the industry. 45 yo from Minnesota, all of the kids almost out of the house and now looking at the trucking industry as a new career. Some great info on this thread...thanks for the informative posts, it's been very helpful.

Sitting about 40 miles from my 0300 delivery. Just listening to that reefer purr in the Stillness of the Michigan afternoon. Still no reload information yet for tomorrow, hopefully Joey will send me something before he leaves for the day.
