I have a question about the $3000 sign-on bonus.... how is it paid? Is it spread out over months or so much after your first load, etc....?

 

After orientation they cut you a check for all of it....... Seriously though, you get $100 after orientation, and then after that you get $250 every three months, and on the 18 month you get a lump some of the remainder.

 

I appreciate you giving me the breakdown of the bonus. Are you the same runningman that used to work for Abilene? If you don't mind me asking... how was it there and why did you end up leaving? Anyway thanks for the response.

 

That would be me, I left Abilene for a local job, after 18 months I decided to go back OTR, Magnum was on my short list.

Came off of hometime yesterday, had a broker load picking up in Spruce Pine, Nc going down to Atlanta. Spruce Pine is up in the Mountains North East of Asheville. Definitely an interesting trip going up there out of Marion, NC on hwy 226 with a 53' trailer. I shut down about an hour outside of Atlanta, got up at 0500 to beat the traffic. I arrived at the customer at 0615 and was empty at 0645. I'm reloading out of Forest Park, Ga. Going to Lewisville, Tx. for Friday morning. Be safe!

Hello, I'm currently with schneider and lookin to move on. Magnum seems to be popping up as a good company to go to. I've read these forums, all in all tis lookin like a pretty good option. Can anyone reiterate or fill me in on up to date info regarding average mileage, cpm, average gross pay weekly, truck info, medical insurance info etc please? any and all info would be appreciated. Ohhh and a recruiting number would be good too lol, thx much n be safe.

 

I came off home time yesterday also.I got loaded in Warsaw NC by 1500 and headed to Lithonia Michigan. I just got up here. Gotta love when you can park at the reciever. All ready for my 9AM appointment. Then I have a drop and hook ay Cambells Soup in Napolean, Ohio with a Friday 1800 appointment up in the Twin Cities
