Comment wasn't aimed at you and you alone, so don't take it personal, was for the crowd. But can't be saving trailers like that. Better have a dang good excuse lined up for Chad when he asks you why you hung a kingpin lock on or resealed a trailer he knows was unloaded yesterday and needs to give to someone else.

And if somebody left you a dirty trailer, broken equipment, didn't fill the reefer, etc., notify dispatch. They know who had it last. Only way the problem is going to get better is to start reporting it. Just fixed another flat on a trailer, btw.

I didn't take it personally, and I think you missed the part where I said I only have put a lock on my assigned trailer, don't do it all the time, but there have been times when empties are scarce and time is tight...and since it's my assigned trailer...

Made it to south Plainfield .Will get a 34 in before delivery. At my hidey spot about a mile away. Grocery store, big lots and restaurants all in a short walking distance away. Hope I can remember how to get out of here with the 15 turns to get in here.

Running from Pasco, WA to Memphis. Shipper kept me 6 hours then got nailed with mandatory chains wound up with like an hour on my clock only 160 miles from the shipper since I had a 100 mile drive to get there.

Really bad roads, snow, etc. through the passes, shut down with only making 550 for the day yesterday. Now I80 is closed in WY and I'm stuck. This load is gonna be late. Any advice? Never run into this before.

Call dispatch and let them know, nothing you can do about the weather. If you have an estimated ETA that would be helpful, but better you and the load arrive late than not at all...

Jump on the DOT websites for the shut down states as they update road conditions and possible opening times. Nothing you can do but wait, watch you reefer fuel level, not your fault, relax.

Anyone on here deliver to hirschfields in Fargo. Got any advice? Last time I barely got out. I'm thinking about stopping in the street and putting triangles out.
