I might be exaggerating slightly, you really only have to be running 7-8 mph slower than surrounding traffic, which is pretty easy to do with trucks governed to 62.

Ya know, I've read this entire thread, so I apologize if this has already been asked and answered, but my memory can be a little Swiss cheesy sometimes. Do Magnum's trucks come equipped with refrigerators and inverters, and if not, what's the policy for installing them? I've decided I can live with the CMS, considering the wonderful lack of drive cams.

Yes, they have built in refrigerator/freezers, Inverters, the newer trucks have a flat screen mount installed in the trucks that will up to a 24" flat screen.

Got empty this morning about 0930, went and got the trailer washed out, and headed to Budweiser in Ft. Collins, Co.. I had a heck of a time finding my preloaded trailer, I must have driven by the darn thing 5 times not seeing it. Finally got my cranium out of my rectum, and was out of there in about an hours time. This load wasn't scheduled to deliver until Wednesday morning, but dispatch said if I could get up to Bismarck before they quit receiving at 1300, to do it, I should be there about 1130 tomorrow. From there I should be picking something up going back to Fargo, my truck is due for s service, and my windshield needs to be replaced.

How often do you make it up to Coon Rapids and Fargo when you run?

It just depends, some weeks it seems like your through coon Rapids a couple of times, other times you might not see it for a few weeks. As far as Fargo is concerned, I get up there about once a month. They do have local jobs out of Coon Rapids.

Unloaded in Bismarck about noon on Tuesday, reloaded in Jamestown, ND for a 0100 delivery Friday morning in Danville, Illinois. I spent most of Wednesday in Fargo getting my truck serviced and having the windshield replaced, I made it down to Clearwater, Mn. and shut it down for the night. Got up this morning about 0400 so I could beat the Twin cities morning rush. I'm about 15 minutes from delivery, gonna get a few hours sleep and then ease on over to the customer. Be safe!

Got a question. Looking at your load RM, I see 2 practical routes. Driving across Wi is 30 miles shorter than going thru Iowa. For the sake of breaking up the monotony of Wi would Magnum be ok with running the extra 30 miles if time allows?

30 extra miles is a lot if we are talking about 100 miles vs 130 miles, but since we are talking about 870 miles vs 900 miles is it ok? Just curious.

As long as your not running 200 miles out of route there not going to say anything. Some guys like to avoid Chicagoland altogether, so they run 74 out of Indy, over to 39 and up into Wisconsin, nothing is ever said.
