After reading the post for the last 4 weeks, I have come to the realization that dispatch is starting to show signs of growing pains. Anyone else notice this?

So the misses wasn't happy with the insurance Magnum offers and did so research. We were going to go back to blue cross blue shield for better and cheaper policy and she found out that since we now make less than $80k, we are eligible for a reduced rate. So she browsed around on healthcare dot gov where she was directed to get approval for the reduced rate. She found a company called Oscar who we are going with for just over $350 per month with a $3k annual co pay. PCM, instacare, ER, generic scripts with no copay. Cost to give birth....$150. The BCBS I had with my last job was not as good as the BCBS I had with Hallibortion, but was still only about $350 a month for the 3 of us and blew the doors off what Magnum offers at over $800 per month. This insurance through Oscar isn't as good as TriCare was, but it's pretty darn close. @supersnackbar you or the wife may want to check into this for yall

it might help if a certain individual wasn't always calling in sick and forcing her boss to step away from his job to pick up the slack

I hope you're kidding. I called in around 1030 and she was there. Has to remind her to make sure someone was going to deliver this load Monday since I will be long gone. Last time she was going to have someone deliver, she didn't arrange it and called sick on monday

You're not eligible to use any plan on the healthcare exchange, since your employer offers a plan.
