300 miles left to get to my first delivery tomorrow.... Then around 120 between the next 3 stops each...
Reload in Jamestown, ND on Friday late afternoon.... headed to Fort Worth Tx for Monday AM

Another quick 3 weeks... Especially when I was back in NC twice since I left out...

 

You can drive 10-12 miles before the log will kick you on the driving line, you can hit the "skip" button and get another 10 miles. Okay to use the skip button occasionally, they don't want you to abuse this.

 

I typically use it to find a close place to park near my consignee so I don't have to start my clock to early.

 

Getting unloaded this morning in Minnesota, trucks nice and clean, but the rain is on the way. Go figure.

 

Gotta get mine cleaned, Fargo was a muddy mess the last time I was there .

 

What qualifies as a "safe" place to drop the trailer to run home? Do you have to be within a certain distance from your house? Awesome updates by the way...

 

Somewhere that will allow you to park and won't end up with damage or theft. They also asked me to get a kingpin lock and a glad hand lock.

I use a Home Depot that is about 4 miles from my house, several local truckers use the location because it's well lit and monitored. Good luck!

 

What a day.... Drove from Alexandria MN to my first drop in Bismarck, ND. I'm delivering to 4 of the same business and I noticed their receiving hrs were 8-11 instead of the 8-4 on the load offer. Glad I was there right at 8 and was unloaded by 830 cause I hightailed it up to Minot. They took deliveries till noon. I got there at 1030 so I was good. Then drove to Williston. They were taking deliveries till 1400 and I got there at 1330.... After getting the third stop out of the box, I drove 30 minutes south to where I stopped for the night. The Wild Bison Truck Stop on us85... I am the only reefer in the lot... All flatbeds and tankers.. These oilfields are quite amazing to see.... But I can't help and be a little sad at how ugly it is up here. Such stark beauty of nature....then oil rigs, trailers, mancamps, mud, tankers, 55 gallon drums of chemicals and pipes and mud.... Mud everywhere.... Kind of feel like that Indian on horseback looking at all the trash and highways from the commercials when I was a kid .....Been up since 0200... So needless to say, I'm exhausted

One more drop tomorrow morning the deadhead down to Jamestown ND to get reloaded to Ft Worth Texas...

 

Wow sounds like you were doing the LTD version of LTL...enjoy the run to Texas, hoping to do something similar when I get back out there

 

I'm about 9 miles from my delivery in the a.m. at Wal mart in Auburn, Indiana. After I'm empty there im dead heading 50 miles to Campbell's in Napoleon, Ohio to pu a preloaded trailer that I'm dropping in Coon Rapids. Then I'm scheduled to pick up in Gaylord, Mn. Sunday night going to Dallas with 4 stops that all come off Wendesday. Keep me rolling, that's what I like.
