Does the freezer ever need defrosted and, if so, how does one accomplish such a feat?

When I go home, I turn off the APU so it won't kick on in the middle of the night. (Being a good neighbor!) when the batteries get a little low it kicks the fridge off to save the batteries so it will start. I put some paper towels on the bottom shelf and the little bit of frost from the freezer thaws and drips on the paper towels... Wipe out with a Clorox wipe and it's clean as when it's new!
Day before I leave, I run the truck for a while to charge the batteries. Fridge kicks back on when you start the truck. I load it with food the morning I leave...
Tonight I'm having spaghetti with sausage and a salad. I also have meatloaf, grilled chicken breasts, chicken stir fry and 2 single serve packs of frozen veggies. Probably about 12 full meals worth. Half and half for coffee, orange juice, yogurt, bagged salad, cheese, and a bag with some little sweet peppers and some carrots...lol
I eat better on the road than at home!!

Made my delivery on Tuesday morning in Zebulon, NC and got reloaded in Goldsboro NC headed up to Springfield OH. I got to my delivery 8 hrs early. They have parking. I checked in and I was unloaded about 5 1/2 hrs early. Still had some time on the clock so I'm sitting on I75 at a rest area about 2 hrs from my 0700 appt in Napoleon Oh headed up to the Twin Cities. Got a call into Ashley to see what's up for Friday!

You guys do better shopping than me.

I have some yogurt, raw eggs, lunch meat, raw chicken breast, jelly, and cheese in my fridge.

It's already there, right on the cover sheet. It's all one file. the request that you put the FB# or trip number on all 15 or 20 etc pieces of paper is ludicrous. It's ALREADY THERE on the file cover sheet.

It's already there in a single file. That's how scans work. They ALREADY have the trip and FB #s on the cover sheet. They aren't combing through individual pages. That's not how PDF scans work. It's a single file.
