I'm sitting at the Shipper in Green Bay... Hoping to get loaded early... But it ain't gonna happen.
Headed to Concord, NC and then a little home time...

Spoke with Paul today, he's going to run the background checks and get back to me. Apparently all their trucks are filled, but he said they've got 15 coming in in the next couple weeks, so hopefully I'll be in orientation in July.

 

Blew a tire yesterday in Wva, sat 3.5 hrs before I was up and rolling. Ended up having to take another 10 to make my delivery on time, that put me on the driving at night schedule. Delivered and reloaded in Michigan heading to Fargo for a drop. My 10 will be up in an hour and then I will try and make it to around St. Cloud. After I drop this in Fargo I'm reloading in Mn. going back to Charlotte. Be safe!

 

Got out of the shipper in Green Bay at 3 pm yesterday... Just in time for Chicago rush hour...drove all the way to the big rest area on I70 east of Indy... About 100 open spots at 0100am. Indiana has the ####tiest roads and the best rest areas....
Sitting on McLanes driveway in Concord NC...waiting for my 5 am delivery. They will knock on your door around 12:45-0100 and give you a door... Hopefully I get one that early and get unloaded....
Then I'm headed home till Tuesday!

 

Like they are buying 15 additional trucks? sounds like business is good. Hopefully they don't have 15 people quitting/retiring haha.

They actually are getting 60 new 2016 Peterbilt 579s in this year.
I think they got 60 2015s last year....
I just turned 80,000 on my 2015. Picked it up mid October with 54 miles on it....
