@Ordy19 For whatever reason your trainer was off when he trained you yet despite that with your hard work and help from others you have become an effective and safe driver here.

For those looking in, most of our trainers follow Magnum's guidelines and you will both plan your trip and learn how to use the GPS, the truck and the Magnum system during your month.

You have an opportunity to provide honest feedback on your training experience and if it's not a good one then you should share that so the process can be improved.

 

Hijack time. I recently finished my CDL school and I am starting to see that the company I am with may have exaggerated a bit with the miles we get. I am averaging under 300 a day.

What is an average week for Magnum drivers? I like to drive if I'm in the truck, so I try to use all 11 hours. I don't like downtime.

 

Hey it's reefer yes we sit a lot having said that, you will typically drive 2000 to 2500 miles per week

 

Get at least 10k miles a month?

 

Take 5 mins and read some of the thread, yes most are getting at least 10k, months vary.
