Magnum ltd - fargo, nd

Unloaded at Nordic Cold Storage in Atlanta/Doraville, GA today. The docks are set so you have a curb and fence (I paced it off) 20 feet off your nose when you're backed in. Spent 10 minutes getting into the stupid dock. Granted, not my best day parking, but wow, what a PITA. I could have had my nose 45-degrees off-angle and been in the dock in 2 minutes as I was in the far-left dock, but that's just fugly. I would be embarrassed. So instead I chose to be embarrassed by taking 10 minutes to get in straight.

This is an example of why new drivers scare the crap out of you guys/gals with more experience. OTOH, it's an example of how us newer guys give you endless entertainment value. I'm going to call it a wash.

 

Sat down and looked at the pay stub again and it's right, it was just Uncle Sam taking his share that made the reimbursement look like it wasn't there. Thanks everyone.

 

We must have different maps because mine says fuel in WA & OR but not Montana.

 

It's always interesting to watch a newbie back into a tight dock. Never make fun or give them crap. I was in their shoes at one time.

how do u know their a newbie, maybe they been off the road for awhile, maybe theyr in a different truck theyre not used to, maybe theyre tired or have had a bad day, im not a newbie but there been times someone mightve thought i was, u sound like ur gonna make a good super trucker

 

When yall were here at the Walmart in Auburn, did it appear that people were living in the parking lot in campers?
