How long do you sit a a receiver before dention pay?

 

It depends, two hours is what we give them, we're you in time? Was it an open appointment?

Either way you need to complete a request or run it by dispatch

 

Durning orientation they said the employee hand book was being redone. Just FYI for me. On time, set appointment.

 

After the two hours you should be eligible for detention...

 

You get detention after 2 hrs if your on time, from your appt. time. So if your appt was for 10 and you got there at 9, your detention starts at 12. If you have an open time and arrive in that window, it's 2 hrs after you check in.
Make sure to fill out the detention request form on the people net. Also note it on your loaded shipper/empty cosignee form and I also always write it on the trip sheet that you transflo in....
