I had that happen before with my dash lights to. In a day or so they just started working again. Never had the problem again.

Got to Charlotte at 1030 the Charlotte travel plaza was full then cruised over to the strip joint that sells diesel as well and it was full. Sitting at a place where I have picked up before. Nobody is here so hopefully I will be ok here till tomorrow. Charlotte has to be one of the worst places to find parking in.

 

Used to have that problem, pulling the fuse and replacing it normally cured the problem. The advice about switching the key is good too.

 

Was the smoke coming from its exhaust or from somewhere on the engine? One thing that comes to mind is our apu's are hard to add oil to without spilling some on the engine if you arent using a long funnel.

 

Chinatown, sounds like you spend a lot of time at that BP. Lol

 

The more I hear about that BP the more I know I need a visit!
