Next time, take food out, turn frig off and leave door open. Ice will melt pretty quick and you can give it a wipedown. Food doesn't go bad that soon.dedrouteCO Thanks this. -
And on the topic of food, if you're stuck in the CR yard and need a snack, go into the LTL breakroom. They have a much larger selection.

So what size are these sleepers?
My truck is a 2015 if it matters.
I know it's a good size but what is it exactly? -
As an alternative to CR tonight, I suggest time by a nice fire...great way to get a 34 before heading to San Antonio
WalterSobchak, ncmickey, Pigbacon and 1 other person Thank this. -

In Ellensburg, WA for the night, delivering tommorow am in Kent, about 100 miles away, then off til the 6th.
Finally got my dpf filter done. 10 hours sitting at KW in Fargo.
I have about 9800 miles for June. Did rather a lot of sitting, but at the mileage pay it still adds up to better than average, just on pay alone. The no-hassle nature of Magnum adds a lot as well. Pretty happy here.
I might be able to do slightly better money-wise somewhere else, but not much. Quitting a job you like for a small incremental pay raise is, in my experience, nearly always a bad idea.
If someone offered me 80k for the same work, I'd jump on it. But $5-6k a year to leave a known very good for a total unknown? No way. I have enough friends working for other companies, making less than me with ten times the hassle to know better.dedrouteCO, ncmickey, Pigbacon and 2 others Thank this. -
Another magnum @ the Pilot in Madison IL. Wanted to talk to the driver but his curtain is closed. Truck # 1660, not sure if he gets on this forum or not?
