    Ive been there 6 months. Training is 4 weeks usually. If you need more, they give ya more. You drive 100% during training. Trainer sits in jumpseat. In my time training I drove all but 45 minutes....

    Even though I just got CDL I have driven alot of trucks, 5th wheel trailers, motorhomes, etc. Plus my son has his own truck and I have helped him some too once I got my permit. Maybe I will see you around out there. My name is Jeff. Thank you for your help with the questions

    Thanks for the PM and thanks for your helpful posts. What is the top pay scale rate at Magnum? is it 48 cpm? How long does it take to achieve that rate? And the average miles are from 2500 to 3000 miles a week? Thanks again.

    The top pay is .50 pm w/ hazmat. You will have to put in 4 months and then receive a review of your performance, so when you top out is up to you. Affirmative on the 2500 - 3000 + per week.
