Because you liked to get at least a small bit of exercise, they are a great tool especially to get the back channel clean...

Back early from a week off. No trainee. And a full rack of ribs that I don't have to share.

    Life is good...

You don't ever have to share. Touch my food, pull back a nub! Look at my food, lose your eyes!

Well... The best laid plans sometimes go off the rails.
I made my 0400 appt no problem and pulled out bout 0600
Decieded to drive right over the my pick up in Racine and park in that side street. Checked in at 0700.... 'Hang out in your truck and we will come get you when we are ready'... No problem... Appt wasn't till 1300 anyways...at 1000 I get a call from dispatch....one of those 'ut oh' things.... Why would they be calling me....
Turns out they didn't get enough axles to paint so my load got cancelled....
So back over to the Pilot to let the cubicle Cowboys wrangle me up a load...
Looks like a load from Appleton WI up to Fargo... Will be ready around 1700....So far I can still grab that NC load in Fargo without issue....
    Unless......

Yea, just looked at driver pay drilldown and noticed I was missing drop pay, called and it was added about 5 minutes after the call. Good luck NCMICKEY! You know it'll be alright:)

Well, after a full year with Magnum, I can honestly say that I am well pleased with my decision to come to Magnum as a new driver. I have learned a tremendous amount that wasn't covered in CDL school (actually learned that that school was a complete joke). I have met some truly awesome people here at Magnum and a few other drivers and folks from other places that I can say I'm a better person to have met them. Magnum HAS NOT been a bed of roses all the time, there are a few forum members and others that aren't on here that have heard me ###### and complain about Magnum. I will however say that the grievances I've had have been addressed by management and have been resolved to our MUTUAL satisfaction. Is there a better company for a brand new driver out there....I don't know, if there is I'd sure like to know who it is! I've been able to log 128k miles and thank the good Lord have not had any major hiccups......unless you count left lane violation and DOT loving me:)
