Thanks for the tip on where to catch some zzs's radioshark. Ive been to several Wal Mart DC's but this was my first Sam's dc. Some pretty tight spaces in there. Getting some detention from the pick in Chesapeake since it took 4 hours to get a load of imported water.

Heading to PPG in Shelby, nc going to Fowlerville, MI. This load has become a regular for me.

 

Any intelligence reports in US foods in Topeka

 

Got a 3 drop load out of coon rapids, 1 drop in wheat ridge, co. 2nd in Colorado Springs. Those 2 in and out in 1 hour. 3 drop different story, Kroger in Fountain colorado. 04:00 appointment. In at 03:35. Going on 5 hrs. Screwing up my home time. Detention is nice. Rather be home.

 

My experience with Kroger dc's hasnt been pleasant either. Come to think of it, I don't know anyone who has.

I'm currently doing something I've never had to do at PPG in Shelby; wait. They didn't have my preload ready so they are live loading me. Been here a little over an hour, still not in a door.

 

Yea... Picked up in Warsaw last week... Usually to Sturtavant WI or Plymoith MI....This week I got reassigned to a Goldsboro NC load.
I think we pull a load out of Warsaw a few times a week... And yes, it's a US Cold Storage

At Mission Foods in Goldsboro now waiting on a door..... Got 12:04 on the clock for the next 2 days. Deliver at 1700 tomorrow in Springfield OH... About 9.5 hrs away...
Plenty O'hours start coming back on Thursday...

Went to Sygma in Ft Worth last night. My load offer said 2000, so I roll up to the guard shack at 1900 like I owned the place. He was nice, but showed me on his paperwork I had a 2200 app't. I thought "Great!" I'll be here 'til midnight & I had a 1000 pickup at Pepsi. They started herding us in about 2100 and by 2145 I was pulling out. Had reserved a spot at a Pilot; sprang up this morning & got the trailer washed out next door, and off to Pepsi. Now I'm at the Joplin 44 about to eat a bite. On the way up I noticed they're building a new Love's in Okmulgee, OK - get this - with an IHOP Express! That's just what I need - pancakes wrapped in bacon all on a stick to go!

Got passed by a '17 Magnum truck today. He said he's happy with it, but still trying to get used to bumping docks without a clutch.

 

I've seen several new loves popping up. 1 in Springfield, OH close to Aldis and Gordon. 1 south of Kansas City in Harrisonville, MO near the Wal Mart DC.

 

I agree about Kroger ... the Kroger in Atlanta / behind the pilot....is a cluster muck

 

Anybody know if us foods in Topeka has overnight parking or somewhere close to park or something close by.
