    I backed into a mail box is this considered to go on my DAC... The homeowner wanted it reported even though company was gonna pay for damage... We had to send an incident report to cooerate....

    they are nationwide, and most likely a member of DAC or another background checking company. Sterling will be another one.

    the guy wanted it on a report, just in case, your company does not pay, and he has to use his home owners insurance. that way, HIS insurance company will pay, and they will most certainly bang up the claim to your company.
