Making a Question Sheet For New Companys Need Advice?

I keep seeing average pay. I don't want to know what the average driver's pay is. I want to know what my actual pay will be.

What about load refusal?
Are they no touch loads?
Mostly drop and hook stops?
Do they cover parking charges when dispatched to areas where there is a parking fee?
Power inverters allowed in truck?
Do I get paid a lumper's fee or just $25 when asked to unload

Only questions I ever asked is:
What freight lanes do you run?
What is the pay structure?
Do the trucks have APU?
That's all I ask. The interviewer will solicit questions & volunteer information because I'm not trying to control the interview and he feels important by revealing information to me to show how smart he is.
