    I been here going on 6yrs and its getting harder and harder. The loads are not lining up like they used to. 200 mi or less runs, are delivered the next day. In the past you could drop a load and pick up at the same place. Now, its drop a load and deadhead to get a load that's picking up the next day.

    Everyone wants to call the shots, until they see how the market moves up and down. It's not as easy as just picking a load and going where you want. This industry has always been feast or famine.
