Making Money With C.r.england.

lol, i'll keep that in mind boys... thanks... i'll need some help understanding some of the financial bites...like... why CR England doesnt mail home a pay stub or something... I need to have proof to give the state office so they quit bugging us about him being employed... i have advised him that if he's going to do anything for the company, he should just be a company driver for a year if he can stick it out then he look into other options... Right now we're in a loop of trying to contact him period... I'm hoping he just dropped his cell at a rest stop or at the fuel station...

 

Dude, RUN! I had a better Driving experience at Werner. I'm gonna tell ya, they're pretty much neck and neck in regards too Driver treatment. Although, when your dispatchers are saying "Drivers are a dime a dozen" with Drivers present, I don't feel that's a good sign.

 

Drivers are a dime a dozen huh! Got an answer for you. Hand him a dollar and tell him go hire a 120 DRIVERS. Not newbies,students etc. Drivers. See if that won't shut'em up. I told the OP manager of a company that to his face and that was the end of that. I despise people in this industry Vp's dispatchers', safety people or others that use that phrase. To me it shows a complete lack of knowledge and experience in this industry and I don't care what position they hold. I personally wouldn't work for or drive for any company that has that attitude. It shows a complete lack of respect for the driver. I will tell the CEO or President of any company that he can run that company without a room full of dispatchers, mechanics, log people etc but I would like to see him or anyone else run it without the drivers. Until someone gets in that truck, turns the key on and delivers that load he(the company) don't get paid. Try running a trucking company without the "drivers" and see how profitable the company is. It's really a shame that so many companies take the attitude that "drivers are a dime a dozen". JMO

I am about to enter their school in Utah - traveling there this weekend and starting class on Monday - Jan 11th - I will try my Irish luck with them and use my Christian faith all the way thru the academy and onto the road! I compared Swift and Knight here locally in Phoenix, AZ and C. R. England won with my humble comparison. So, I shall see for myself -from a female point of positive view.

 

I have a feeling your faith is getting ready to be tested.

 

You might get better recognition from them if you were mormon, not that they are discriminitive or anything, its just a mormon thing.

It amazing how many drivers keep going to england saying i can do it im different. Then 3 months later they are back on here wheeping... lol
