I used to travel a lot nights POV cross country. Back tar roads, small towns *nothing to do with trucking*. I would find open, obvious spot far from businesses. *think under furthest working parking lot light.*
Few times city Police show up. Before they start. “Headed to city, business to city, business, home.. was feeling a bit tired. Is it ok to stop here? If not could you suggest a place?”
EVERY time. “Sorry we bothered you. You are fine right there. I will tell others not to wake you. We are glad you did not drive tired”. So yes car/pickup.
But not making any mess, not close to doors. But your case. Where you saw that? If you had it on camera call Police. If not. I still likely would. Have him, his company trespassed. Send letter to his company.
