Man Dies After Eating Seafood Dish at Ruby Tuesday

Wow, I dunno if I could blame that on the waitress or not.. A person who has such a condition should have the responsibility to double check and inform the waitress that they can not have seafood... when ordering dishes that are very similar one would think that they should of expressed that to make sure there was no fish.... just my opinion..

 

This is no real surprise.

Many times I have ordered food special because of the allergies and been brought the wrong dish out. The waitress never heard the entire order or something. I always verify the meal before I eat.

 

Good question....

 

I'll bet the civil lawyers were lineing up quickly on this one.

 

Ok, my question is: If he knew he had a life-threatening shellfish allergy, what the hell was he doing eating in an establishment that cooks and serves shellfish?

I hereby nominate this guy for a Darwin Award.
