You pretty much run out your entire 70 doing this 6 days a week with only one day off. You can forget two days off. Only positive is I go home every day.
Man.... I got to get the hell off this dedicated Walmart account. Working 6 days a week for 6 years

Change companies.

I don't like dedicated accounts. I prefer running the roads with a high quality company.
I'll list two you can consider:
TP Trucking with terminals in Washington, Indiana, Georgia.
Trucking Company | Logistics, Flatbed Truck Freight …
~
Marten Transport with terminals across the USA

My 2 cents worth, ( $20 bucks, adjusted for inflation), let me just say this. Walmart, whether you like it or not, is HUGE, and ANY account that services them has a job WELL into the future. Mobile home parts, not so much. For a LOT of rural folks, Walmart is the "general store", FOR MILES, and would be screwed without them. City locations have many more options, but Walmart is the rural king. I've long been a stanch believer that Walmarts salaries are all fudged to get people in. Some drivers MAY have made what they claim, ONCE, but the reality is, most trucking today pays about the same, from what I see, $60-$70K/year. Again, some things never change, and drivers pay has always been the absolute #1 BS story out there.
. Swift will be around, especially if you service Walmart. Many will say, "just drive a Walmart truck",, hello, big companies are abandoning their fleets left and right, I saw an England truck( non-union) pulling a Safeway ( Albertsons, union) trailer, so I think someday, no company will have their own trucks. It's( the trucking part) a cost drain that will be dealt with. Stay put, Swift has okay equipment, no? Been around a while, says something too. Don't believe all the anti-Swift hype, they haul a lot of freight.
