I came home tonight that way, and clocked the distance from the gas station at Hazen street to Moyle's yard, and it comes out to between 1.6 and 1.7 miles, not the 4 miles reported. If the light is just right, you can see the tire marks from the wheelchair, and the point at which the tires gave up the ghost and then there are two marks on each side where the edges of the rims bit into the pavement, One way or another, it must have been some ride. As of this point, there have been no charges filed. My best guess is that there probably won't be.

I drive for Moyles..it has been the talk of the week for sure. Charges will not be filed it sounds like but thats not stopping the family from being talked into a law suit. That would be unfortunate...but this is a sue happy world. The family in interviews didnt seem like they would go that route but nobody knows for sure just yet.

Thankfully, the prosecutor has decided that no charges will be filed, and hopefully, the family will not let themselves be talked into litigation. -
