GORDONS allowed drivers to carry over sick days (6 annually) to the next year. If they did not take them GORDONS would pay out end of year.
My employer has not said spit, they did ask me to run a extra load this week,,they so funny,,",wrong # dude".
Id like to see company pay out sick dayst as that gives option for employee to take the days off or give company the advantage of not being short staffed as they have been for years.
12 paid stat holidays, 10 paid sick days, 4 weeks paid holidays....im working the same # of days annually as my daughter who's a school teacher.:D,

If companies don't do that, you know guys are going to take them. If I didn't get paid out, i'd use all of mine every year. It's a nice bonus just before Christmas.

Allowing employees to roll the days over to the next year avoids this problem .

We were told no carrying over the sick days to the following year. So, your sick once a month, or a couple weeks a year.
