And that is the FULL discussion. It’s like when you have to poop, you uhhhhh just go poop. This discussion is like the lunch counter after a big government event. You can listen for 24 hours but in reality it was only 2 minutes of actual reality.

    but...
you cannot induce someone to break the law like that!

You log what you do... that's right. That's the purpose of ELDs...to log whatever you do, whether you violate the HOS or not.
If you leave that pump in less than 15 minutes, you will be in violation of HOS regulations.

I can assure them that I don't need any HOS at all!

The next thing will be no logging of sleeper time while waiting at the dock...or driver-faced cameras for everyone...on the top of 55 mph governors...
Can't wait for that...The roads will be so safe eventually.

I have some runs I can go a week on fuel…. Also it gets delivered to our yard, not a truck stop, so how do you want me to prove either way, am I supposed to carry my monthly invoice with me?

I guess you gotta go get a cash advance after you fuel. Safety told me once that you stay on duty until the entire transaction is complete. They consider getting a cash advance on duty.

I find it funny all the complaints when there is nothing actually showing what the OP posed it true. Even searching for it on the website

I guess I'm in trouble. I've already farted 9 times today. 5 more then I'll meet what medical experts deem the average number for humans if I'm not mistaken lol

You see my attitude towards it lol....one thing I know, if there is a change in the law, everyone's company will know about it and inform their drivers, or you'll see it on CDL Life.
