Manhattan Tunnels/Bridges

I will occasionally be sent in to Manhattan with a 48' trailer. I am trying to figure out the NYC Truck Route map. It looks (surprisingly) like I can use the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel and the Queens Midtown Tunnel but not the Lincoln or the Holland Tunnels. As far as bridges, it appears that I cannot use The Henry Hudson Bridge or the Brooklyn Bridge. I'm assuming I can probably use all of the other bridges to and from Manhattan?
