Yet they want to make it legal. And they have no way of deciding at what level is to much, in calif pot heads get a card and walk around in a daze wondering why they can,t find a job.

Funny, my friend Adam smoked for years. Held down a steady factory job, and the only thing he was guilty of was thinking Sponge Bob was funny. Of course if you're under the influence you're more likely to have an incident. You're also more likely to have an incident while drinking coffee, reading the paper, getting dressed for work, talking on the cell phone, and eating your over priced bran muffin.

Get rid of the Nanny government!

A drunk driver at .08 BAC is 11 time more likely to cause a crash. Alcohol is legal, so Bill104, your argument is a fallacy. I'll trust a pothead over a drunk, a texter, a chick putting on makeup, a soccer mom yelling at her kids, etc.

Thats just more lies to instill fear into people that are less educated on Marijuana. With the U.S., Canada, and Latino countries getting more support for legalazation from citizens the lies just keep on coming. Any fool with just a little common sense would know that alcohol would be more of a culprit at causing a car crash than marijuana would be. I would rather see a pot head coming down the road at me instead of a person that just left the bar. So in short, the above article is just more propaganda Bull####.

Drink or smoke pot if you want.
Just not while or before driving.
The amount you drink or smoke also plays a part.

Why drink and drive when you can smoke and fly?
