Escapees RV Club will set you up with a legal address in a tax free state; Florida, Texas, South Dakota and your CDL can have that address if you want. Used to also set people up with an address in Nevada; not sure if Nevada is still in their system. Any type vehicle resembling an RV is accepted. Not positive you even need an RV to become a member. One driver on here joined without an RV.

I moved to Nevada from Tennessee. No tax free status on my house, but do get a veterans discount. I think I paid around $1800.00 last year in property tax. Houses are expensive here though. I bought mine during the last housing crash.
I'm in Henderson/Las Vegas which is a big Air Force town. I'm former Navy.
No state income tax and no food tax at the grocery store.
You're in a good situation in life so several options to choose from.

Covenant transport will actually put both of you in the truck with what they refer to as a master trainer, the three of you will spend approx 30 days training and then you'll be a team operation.

 

Covenant will train you together. Not the best company but will stay together

 

Funny to see them having a growth spurt this late in their game. I remember when both companies that comprise YRC almost went extinct.
