Marten Transport, Con way/CFI or Schneider?

    The title says It all. I need your guys opinion on these 2 companies. I just did a 9 month run with Transport America and after 9 months of no miles. Dispatch not knowing there ##* from a hole In the ground and then the mistakes every other week on my check I am looking elsewhere. I have been pre hired by these 2 companies and I just want your guys opinion on the better of the 2 when It comes to Miles, Pay, Home time, Equipment and the way you are treated as a driver. I have read a lot on these forums about both of these companies and each has there good and there bad but I just want to here from some drivers that know these 2 companies. Just let me know what you guys think and I will go from there..

    I've been with Marten since January 2006.

    While I don't know much about Conway/CFI, I have heard a lot of negatives from CFI drivers who were there before Conway bought them out (in relation to how they were treated after the buyout), and mostly positives from Conway. Best to let those more familiar speak about that company.

    As for Marten, I posted elsewhere today, in detail, about the company. All I can add to that is, on the whole, I'm happy here.
