Former Marten employee, i would rate marten as a good company. We had a disagreement over crack on my trailer brake pad. They tried to blame me for it. I told them I didn't cause crack on the trailer brake pad, i just took it to TA for repair because ABS light came on. Most likely it was preexisting or previous driver.

I quit day before Thanksgiving, packed up my stuff rented a car for $250 bucks and got back home.

It was nice working with them until this disagreement. I made 47k this year in 11 months with them.

When I applied at different company, i found out they put on my dac report that my truck and trailer was burned to the ground which could've been preventable. There was NO fire and nothing burned down. I'm having to fight with them to get it remove from my DAC
