I have to go with what the 1st person said.
Alot of dispatchers have thier 2-3 'PET' drivers who always seem to get the good miles, always home on time.
YET other drivers do thier best to live on 1,200 maybe 2200 mile checks. Not to mentioning not allowed to take thier vacations off during holidays( martens newest policy)

 

I dont work for em. All i can say (from my experiance) Work for your DM and they will work for you! Treat em with respect, keep em informed, and do the best you can. Stuff happens all the time, but as soon as you have an attitude with the person who feeds you work its a down hill slope from there.

 

are you saying you kiss you DM 's ### ?? Never its their JOB to to keep me rolling to make the most amount of money in the least amount of time...If they cant do this they can kiss my ### !!

At most mega fleets, the fm's pay is tied to thier fleets production. so it would not benefit a disatcher to not hqve all of thier trucks running as hard as they can

 

Sounds like you communicated with the company about like you made your post. Short and not much information.

 

More than likely they did, having feelings good or bad about a driver doesn't matter. Everyone still has a job to do, I've fired guys that I've like and had to keep working with ones I didnt not so much because I wanted to but because it was the right business decision.
