If I were that judge, I would let the man know that they have drive through, he can go through it in the comfort of his own car. CASE DISMISSED.

If he didn't agree, then as the judge, I would charge him with contempt of court for filing a frivolous lawsuit. "that will be $20k and 25 days in jail, bailiff remove this slime ball from court room"

of course I would be one of the judges that gets shot or killed or something, cause most people wouldn't like me much.

 

Naw, they don't worry about that around here anyway. They're politicians, they're voted to be retained. Not voted into the position, just retained once they get there. You would have a good 4 yrs to have fun!!!
