You must not have been around when seatbelts were forced on every then. Seriously?

Because the rest of us do remember how just about everyone raised hell for years about being forced to wear seat belts, same with lots of things like smoking being banned in restaurants. But that was like 20+ years ago.

I mean, people aren't going ####### about being forced to wear clothes either but several thousand years ago I guarantee you that most everyone would object to being told that they have to leave because they aren't wearing a shirt or shoes.

Same here! Although I've bought some things over the last year, our food bill has been cut in half. We don't go out to eat but once a month, usually at Chick-fil-A (kids love their food). We've basically sworn off Walmart, and any other big chain that was allowed to stay open without restrictions.

Been buying meats from local butcher shops, and fruits and veggies from a local farm, even though they do ship some of their stuff in from other areas. But, they're a family run operation, and they have a very loyal customer base. So, we're happy to support them.

Back when the masks were all the rage, they did ask that we wore one while in the store, and I happily obliged, as they were decent about it, and faced a shutdown order by our Governor's brown shirt squad for not complying.

Sounds suspiciously similar to Immaculate Conception. Jury is still out on that one. I will let you know when I get to the promised land, if I do. :)

Yes I read that because I had never heard of this slave-owning issue prior so I looked it up before I commented.
I'm pretty sure the way most people are reading that says some guy who was likely not black because he owned a plantation which was a fairly non-black industry at the time said Plantation owner also owned slaves so white guy with black slaves fathers children I don't see that being indicative of The Offspring being slave owners.
You are welcome to see it however you choose I personally am of Scandinavian descent so I expect I have slave owners as well as slaves in my background

My last company I worked for installed those samsara ai cameras. I quit the next day and have been running under my own authority ever since. We had normal driver facing cameras before. But they only went off if there was a big bump. Back then the samsara cameras would detect if you had your seat belt on, if you were on your phone, they'd even detect if it thought you were tired and would immediately call your supervisor. Too my micro managing for me. So ya I quit and started my own business. Been like 20 months or so now. Doing OK. Making about the same money.

The samara cameras can be turned on at any time live by anyone with access........

they even have a coaching e-mail system where who ever is watching you can give you pointers ..... and it’s all documented so they can have it on file....

While this attitude is commendable, when that person suffers a loss, accident, or injury, don't come to the public expecting me to pay for your hospital bills or repair/replace your loss.
It gripes me to no end when i see people who suffer damage or such, stick their hand out and expect the public to foot the bill, because they don't want to pay the insurance bill.
