Yes on a dedicated they try to keep everybody about the same.
But as far as new guys versus old guys and miles that's all a bunch of BS I've heard that crap all my life. In my personal experience. I've never had the problem.
My miles were 1725 net pay was $807.47 that was on three loads three tarps. I did have a five stop load. Which got my pay up there.

Ran about 2700 miles last week. Got home Friday about 12:30. Headed north into wilderness Michigan this weekend and put about 400 miles on my Jeep. Nothing like going from a big truck to a little Jeep. The girlfriend had to keep reminding me that I wasn't in my semi. Lol

I am the same way! I tell my wife, that you are not doing anything wrong, nor are you driving too fast, but it seems super fast to me, so please slow down and do not get so close to the guy in front of us....loljxu417 Thanks this. -
1,797 last week...2,975 this week

5 days of hauling combines...who says you can't move with OD loads?

2425 miles, $1005.34 net.
If you think a car to a truck is bad. Go from a motorcycle to a truck for the first hundred miles I think I'm driving a house from the second story window.
Just call me old the only time my wife will drive me is if I got drunk at the bar and she can drive me home. Other than that I do all the driveing just the way I was raised.jxu417 Thanks this. -
