Depends on how close, "close" is to you some weeks are better than others so average them out. sometimes it happen. And not picking on you in any way but a lot of the questions you are asking have been asked before and answered in this thread. just like a job search, do your research. As I've done before, I suggest you read this thread start to finish. may take time but a 3 year plus perspective from a driver in the flatbed division. Razor orange, (glass division) has done the same in the thread he started and keeps up but hasn't been here for three years so that's another one to paruse (sp).

2083? with 2 tarps and a multistep or three tarps + $5.00 home Thursday night leave sunday afternoon for alphabet, ms just ne of Jackson, ms. City name begins with a K. As far as pronouncing it, i'll call it Mississippi's version of Conshohocton, pa (chickenchokin, pa) as we say. and the miles I post are paid miles (tariff) not actual (hub)

I guess I'll post mine tonight prematurely, because I may not even want to lift a finger to get online tomorrow when I get home. I stayed out an extra (almost) day to unload what was going to be my "home load" but I determined it had too many OOR miles, and I could deliver it and reload at same place (Rockport, IN AK Steel). That preplan is headed to Precision Strip in Middletown, and I will drop it off on my way home LOL. I should finish tomorrow afternoon with 7 loads/tarps and 2638 paid miles. Best week ever. Will start out empty on Monday morning. :biggrin_255:
