Maverick Specialized Division?

Hello:

I got good news about joining Maverick as a specialized glass truck driver. Does anyone know anything about them? So far everything looks good so far for me as far as working for the. I have read som reports here on the forum of some disgruntled drivers shooting off about how bad the specialized division is. Are any of the stories based on facts? Let me know, because I am starting a new career and all I need right now is to join something and end up hating it. So any help will be appreciated. Thanks a lot.
