Does Watkins and Shepard in Conover NC require the drivers to assemble furniture that is shipped?

Kind of a weird out of the blue question Donzi. Can't figure out what it has to do with this thread.
-
Maybe supplimenting there income, due to lack of miles? Krom would know
-
hey man....hang in there....it may be best to stay put. at least your over the 2000 mile mark...if you average that, stick with it if you can
-
My 2 cents pulling a flatbed its best to get paid percentage rather then mileage. The company is getting the loads that yield the highest revenue to the truck with the least amount of miles. The less the miles the less the operating cost, making the truck more profitable. So you see that might be the reason that your avg. little miles.
I drive for prime and know several drivers that constantly average approx. 3000 miles. and we tarp quite a bit, so tarping and strapping doesn't cut into your hours. It's should take approx 1.5 hrs to do that. Hope your miles increase and things get better for you.
