    Hubby in Sacramento again with chains this time, but there is a chain check going back making sure drivers carrying maximum chains

    How many are maximum chains

    Both sets of drives chained, and one set on the trailer.

    Cal Dot usually hands out cards to the drivers, showing chain placement. If he gets a chance, tell him to grab a card from an officer, and keep it handy.

    If your husband is using "cables". He isn't going anywhere when max chain is up.
